We participated in the event “Rome and its Regeneration: urban planning policies for a more attractive, sustainable, and inclusive city”, organized by the Department of Urban Planning at the Petrassi Hall of the Auditorium, with the participation of Mayor Roberto Gualtieri, Urban Planning Councillor Maurizio Veloccia, President of the RUR – Urban Research Institute Giuseppe Roma, and Director of CRESME Lorenzo Bellicini.

The focus was on five major urban and social regeneration projects funded by the PNRR in Rome through PUI and PINQuA. The projects in Tor Bella Monaca, Corviale, Porto Fluviale, and Santa Maria della Pietà are being revitalized thanks to integrated interventions that combine architectural redevelopment, energy efficiency, and the promotion of social and cultural life.
